T.E.A is the brainchild of Niti Kewalramani , a certified Independent Education consultant and an associate member of IECA – the only association governing Educational consultants worldwide. Niti , a resident of Dubai , UAE has earned her certification in college counseling from UCLA with distinction. This NACAC backed course provides in-depth knowledge and technical skills necessary to help students transition from high school to college or from college to a professional career. It offers insight into all areas, including admissions requirements for all colleges, universities (incl highly selective institutions) financial aid options and planning; techniques to advise special populations; counseling skills; self-appraisal instruments and interpretation; planning for college admissions tests, essays and recommendation letters; and uses of technology in college and career planning. Niti has worked in both a school and college environment and is trained in interviewing and administering Psychometric testing .
Niti started her career with teaching in a college before moving over to the corporate world wherein she worked with leading firms such as Accenture and UDV . In Dubai, she co- founded MRI Worldwide, one of the largest Executive Search organizations with over 1200 offices worldwide. Niti conceptualized, negotiated and launched the MRI brand in U.A.E expanding it from zero to a national entity with several high profile clients across ME and North Africa . Apart from business development and establishing MRI as a preferred supplier for many multinational clients across the Middle East, she developed the content and executed in house training for new recruits including industry specific training for the consumer goods industry.
Having worked in recruitment for over 16 years, Niti has an indepth understanding of the job market requirements and utilizes that experience to narrow the gap between college and career goals. Niti is a prolific writer and enjoys assisting students on crafting stellar essays for their applications.
